SALON POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given for appointment cancellations or drastic appointment changes

Deposit Policy

To secure a specialty service, such as Hair Extensions, Colour Corrections or Chemical Straightening etc, or for any booking allocated more than 3 hours, a deposit is required to secure the appointment.

Re-Work Policy

At Rubi Hair we will always perform a thorough consultation prior to the service. However, if the final result doesn't present as you discussed, Rubi Hair will rectify the problem at no extra charge. If you're not happy with the final result by choice, Rubi Hair will change and re-work at usual pricing rates. Rubi Hair allows 2 weeks maximum for you to return with undesired results, Rubi Hair will not take any responsibility for returned complaints any later than 2 weeks from your appointment date. Please Note: We cannot guarantee our work if you are not using the home hair care that is recommended by Rubi Hair.

Product Exchange Policy

After purchasing a product from Rubi Hair, if after applications you are not satisifed with the products, you may exhange them for another product of the same value. Please note, we do not offer refuns of any kind.

Rubi Hair diligently monitors the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by instilling discipline in all aspects of our business.

Our objective is to protect and maintain the privacy, and security of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs).

Personal information collected by Rubi Hair generally comprises name, address, contact details and certain financial information.

The National Privacy Principles require Rubi Hair not to store personal information longer than necessary.
